Default Down the Bayou !!

Been lurking on this fine site for a while now ! But cus I fish a ways East of big lake, I have not posted on here ! but I had a trip this morning that was just to good not to post LOL. As some of you know, the Wife and I only take what we can eat fresh! We don't care much for frozen fish !! so we get to fish alot that way lol ! and we live in Montegut! about half way between the Du and GI. So we fish week days! went this morning, at 6 from the Montegut Marina down thw Bayou to the top of Terrebonne bay,saw some birds swarming a big bunch of bait, made 12 casts with LSU bayou chubs got 10 trout 16 to 18 inchs. Fished back up the banks of the Bayou with gold spoons, got my 5 red's and a black drum, and was home at 10 am cleaning fish !! Fishins HOT HOT down the bayou, in the DU, COCO and PAC and Montegut right now !! come on down and Pass a good time !!Ya gotta love South Louisiana Capt Bob
