Default Smashburger Sliders

Dinner last night was uncomplicated and delicious. I was going to grill slider burgers but after cutting grass in the yard and hot enough earlier in the day I opted to just cook 'em on the stove top. These were easy and cooked pretty fast. made over fifty smashed slider burgers. No, we didn't eat all of them but they make great quick snacks or lunch.

Diced up a couple of onions and cooked those down a bit.

I grabbed a couple of packs of King's Hawaiian sweet rolls for buns. Soft tender and delicious for sliders this small.
Had potato salad as a side. Mmmmmm...........

Signate those look good. I made some the other day with some venison burgers. I used sliced french bread to make patty melt sliders. Have you tried making them using Kings Hawaiian bread?

Above the last picture he posted it says that he used Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls. We tear those up at my house too, they are the best!
