Default Homemade Beef Stew

The other day I picked up a nice but small beef roast with the intention of doing a basic pot roast but the wife suggested making beef stew instead. Not having had it in a while it sounded like a good idea. So I cut it up into bite sized cubes and made a stew with it.

Time to eat!

This was a good one!!!!!

I love a good hearty stew like that man thanks so much for sharing. The round and chuck go on sale every once and a while for $2something a lb and make this a good hearty affordable dish.

I was thinking the same thing, but I'd tear it up over pasta too! Hell, I'd tear it up by itself!
