Default inboard maintenance

I just got a boat that has a mercruiser inboard and alpha one drive. Anyone know what fluids I should check/change, and how often. I can't really find any info on that, and am waiting on all the manuals to come in. Don't want to mess anything up in the meantime though. anyone?

What year and horsepower? Oil needs to be changed every 100 hours or so. Lower unit oil is just like a outboard, once or twice a year depending on how often you use it.
One of the biggest things to do is run it off the trailer once a month or more. Worse thing you can do is let it setup.
