Just got my speck back from the taxidermist... Looks great next to the wedgeon..

Well i am going to give away a free laugh at my expense.

I read the title, and looked at the picture, and said... I don't see no speckled trout mount? what's dis foo talking about...

Took me a good 30 secs to go.. wait... that's a specklebelly goose....... DUhhhhhhhh...

With that said.. heck of a mount.. i would have thought that's really just freshly killed goose and widgeon.

That's a awesome looking goose.. Solid bars on that chest.. I want to mount a "limit" and the next one will definitely have to have more bars than this one!!

He was definitely an old bird. I much prefer to eat em than look at em on the wall. No way i couldn't mount that one though.
