don't really have a "recipe" but make souped up egg salad. make egg salad w/ egg ,mayo, fine diced celery ,fine diced green onions , touch of brown mustard dice up crawfish tails and add to egg mixture, can be eaten as sammich or served as appetizer on crackers or toast points
