Default Floating hazard?

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1348339152.859492.jpg
Has anyone seen this before, it's directly south if heberts landing. It looks like a pipe or hose of some sort that is floating but still buried on both ends. I have the coordinates on GPS if anyone wants them.

Get in touch with Tim Osborn at NOAA... They did all the debris marking coordination after Rita and can make the connections to have it removed...

Thanks for posting !!!

I also was wondering why that debris by comm pt. has not been removed? I'm sure some of you know what I'm talking about, it's what ever is making that slick have way across the lake and smells like a strong chemical. It can't be good for the environment!
