a happy billystix spiralstix owner
just recieved this from cory who lives in texas, i thought you might like to read what he has to say, had to edit part of his name "sorry" stix  Billy, It’s be almost a year since I’ve had you build me a rod and I just wanted to say thank you again. It really is a fine piece of art. Not only that, but it’s extremely durable too. Enclosed is a picture of a recent evening wade that I made here in Corpus Christi. The rod has handled fish perfect since day one, including a few trout over 26” back in January and February. I must say that out of the custom rods that I own to this date, yours is the only one that I have never had a problem with. yes i have the first coat of finish on yours now going to apply the 2nd coat tonight then it will need to dry good and i will ship both rods at once. stix

hijacked thread at it's best
but the "reel" purpose of the thread is to show that the man is happy with his custom billystix spiral rod after a year and he also state's that he is the owner of other custom rods that he has had problems with.
it's not about the size or color of his "worm"  hijacked thread at it's best stix

i havent had a chance to do it as yet, i have been fighting a minor problem that is getting in my way, it's causing me to have to change the way i live a bit and i aint gonna like that to much for a couple weeks  but just let me get thru going to the rehab tomorrow and perhaps things will level back out a bit, but i will do it i promise. stix
