Default Fish Stock

I was looking at a foodie forum I frequent, and someone was asking about stock. So I told them my trick for fish stock. Then it dawned me that maybe some of you guys may not know this trick. I assume most of yall like me freeze fish in water. It's by far the best way tol freeze and it even outlast vac packing, but I'm sure yall all know this. I am also sure most of you throw the water away when it thaws out, and I do sometimes especially if I am frying said fishies. Take the water season it lightly bring it to a simmer and you now have a pot of wonderful fish stock perfect for fishy dishes. You can refreeze it if you frying and if you have any cats they will love you for pooring some on their food.

and I am still in search of a hung over coffee drinking smiley
