Just want to say thank you to those of you who offered up the advise before I made my trip down to Big Lake last week...unfortunately, the weather worked against us while there. Had two big storms blow though in the three days we were there.
Did make it out the afternoon of the first day, and fished a very windy second day. Caught a good number of flounder and a few rats...all on the Gulp mullett. - Best red came on the last cast of the trip...8lbs - certainly nothing to brag about, but considering the conditions, I was happy with it.

All the Best
