EDM
If you can find a shop that does electrical discharge machining they can remove an EZ out. The problem is finding one willing to do it for an individual that is not connected to a big company. There was a small CNC shop in Sulphur where I live that did one for me as a favor and $35. They have closed since then.
Reliable EDM's website in Broussard, La. says they have the EDM machines. |

What type of easy out the spiral type or the square types. I'll ask some guys if they have a machine that can arc it out.

Any machine shop can set it up and get it out with a carbide end mill.
I have done this a lot. Crank up the RPM's and slowly cut it out. If I still was on my tools I would help you out. Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) is probably the easiest way if you can locate a facility. I would assume that these new water jet machines would work also but I have never been around those. |

Yep, my dad is the shop manager there. Ask for "Big Ed". |
