Arrow fourchon topwater

hit fourchon beach this morning we were one of the first boats out , then the wave of dumbarses came !! man some people dont have a clue oh well. never got on a fast and furious bite but caught all my fish on topwater today . caught a 5# speck and one pushing 4 , caught abunch of reds on topwater . kept about 10 specks and 6 reds to eat this evening. the wind was blowin a solid 15 out of the north and as the morning went on the water got dirtier but was still so so clarity.

I get so aggrevated over there when I am the only boat around and someone sees you
pull in a fish. They will run up to where you are fishing and drop and anchor.
Maybe half use a trolling motor cause that is all that have one on the boat.

Default Fourchon this AM

Pox, did you launch from Fourchon or Grand Isle?

I was out there this morning too, but closer to Elmers. The trout were on fire on this end. We headed to the barn with our limit before 9:30 with 6 fish over 3 lbs. You heading out again tomorrow?

Everything was on plastic. What kind of boat were they in? I probably wouldn't have recognized them anyways as I wasn't paying attention to the other boats. I'll be back out there again tomorrow though.

I was fishing at least 300 yards from the nearest boat when I first started. When I picked up, there were 6 boats in my back pocket.

Good job, Poxy. Are those barges still on the beach at Fourchon? Ain't been down there in ages.

Apparently, you know alot more about fishing than college football.
