Default Advice for the river?

Looking to change it up this weekend... gonna try to hit up the freshwater. Gonna try to make a quick trip with my nephew and I dont wanna go far. Its been years since I launched out of Parkside Marina. Any advice for that area? Baits, depth, etc....

Bass should be anywhere from 8-2 ft deep, with this warm weather they SHOULD be moving up.
I'll give you a water clarity report tomorrow but it's decent.

I had a tournament out of Parkside last weekend. Water is great color and fair tide movement. 11.75 won the tournament. Fish caught on black/blue jigs, red crankbaits, w/m speed bugs(Bass Kandi), and white spinner baits. Good luck.

Heading out of Parkside it comes to a T... Right or left (towards the 378 bridge) I usually take a right. Havent fished south of the Davis Rd bridge. The water stays nice that way? I am up for anything. Always a challenge to try new spots.

Once you get to the actual river take a left go under the bridge, from there down stays pretty usually..Thats all I fish is past that bridge (378 bridge)
