Big Trout on Vudu Shrimp
 On Wednesday, May 15, Captain Brent Roy of Venice Charters hooked and landed this huge speckled trout of 8.25 pounds and 30 inches in length on Egret Baits' new VuDu Shrimp (natural color). Captain Brent and his clients were fishing on the beaches south of Venice where during the week some 13 great specks were taken - 10 trout over 6 pounds, and 3 over 7! "I swear that thing works like a live shrimp!" claimed Captain Brent in reference to the VuDu. Also, his baits of choice during the week included Egret Baits' Bayou Chubs in Opening Night colors.
