Incredible is all I can say about the trout bite! Just doesn't get any better than today. It was every cast this morning, as the K2 was full at 7:30am. We left the trout grounds to go hunt for reds. One drift and we stuck 7 reds, 2 trout and a flounder. Back at the lodge for 10am as the customers had to head out early, but not after eating a incredible meal prepared by Chef Rick. Every fish caught on double rigged Matrix Shad as always!! Tiger and Shrimp Creole worked best.
Big thanks to Capt T Miller and C Venable for running the other two boats. Everyone had a great time.
