If it's a slow day, I'll keep those puppy drums all day long. It's only the big boys that are nasty. Course, if I'm finding trout or reds, all the black drum get thrown back.

Back in the day, late 90s -when everyone was serving "blakened red fish" alot of it was black drum........... I know first hand
