The Roux (Cooking/BBQ/Recipes) What good is a cajun site without a cooking and recipe forum?

Default Monday Morning And Tuesday Evening

I don't eat breakfast every morning but yesterday morning I was a little hungry so I fixed myself a simple scrambled egg and cheese sandwich.
Of course I used a couple of my fresh eggs which were rich and delicious.
Just a picture of that beautiful egg makes me hungry for another one. This is just the egg here.

Yesterday aftrenoon my wife made a batch of her fantastic homemade vegetable soup. I had a bowl of it tonight with a sandwich made with ham left over from Sunday. I know it might get old saying that something is delicious but that ham really is! With a hint of the sweetness from the root beer glaze it makes you want to go back for more. I resisted this time.
A hearty bowl with some fresh grated Fontina cheese
