Sunday's trip
See if I can't get this board goin.........Got an invite to go Sunday on the Parrot Party. They went 40 miles out of Cameron.
I couldn't go, but the report was they caught about 40 King Mackeral, 35 lbs being the biggest. Found no snapper on the 10 or so rigs they tried. Stopped at a grass line on the way in about 25 miles out and saw a couple of triple tail, but couldn't get them to bite. Deck hand McCall said all sports had great time playing with the Kings. Seas were rougher than forecast, but calmed down as the day went on.
