The rain has really slowed us down on framing this house but it's finally blacked in but waiting on windows and doors next Tuesday . Owner is throwing around the idea of utilizing the attic as a 3rd story 1200 sqft gymnasium for the kids . ( would have been nice to know while we were drawing the home lol)
