Boiled some spare ribs in crab boil, colored them up in the grill, then finished in Sweet Baby Ray's and onions. 8 deep on the finest beer in the world. IMO

Chicken and pork steaks on the pit. Beans and rice dressing bread and a shot of makers to drown it down.

TO much food to mention here on the Q 4000. Food is some od the best I EVER HAD. Even when on BP's Deep Water Assets. All is awesome. Great cooks. The crew 4 Helix work 28 and 28.

SO food better be awesome. Cooks tried to cook Cajun chicken and sauage gumbo today. It was so HOT, with pepper, file', and bay leaf it was a stew....

They need a little guidance on the gumbo part.

First time I ever been on a vendors rig where they SELL U a WASH CLOTH to wash ur butt, and you have to BUY your cokes or soda's from a bonded store.

Funny!!!!

Thanks, Gunner
