Very sad.....I wonder if it happen on the east side locks area. Those sharp 90 degree turns are very dangerous.

that sucks, sad news, we had a close call there a couple years ago, some dummy came out of the bertrand wide open through the cement structure

I would guess probably in the deep lake area where there are oil wells..
