Best duck ever
Ingredients: Ducks(whole w/ skin) Garlic powder Onions Hot sauce(kills Gamey taste) Italian dressing Apples Fresh sausage Seasoning (All these are to your disgression) Stuff ducks with sausage put everything else in crock pot and cook for 2.5hr on high then 1 on low and then enjoy the best thing in the world. Make ya toungue slap ya brain twice |

Your disgression. I put 3. Tablespoons aprox of ital and 2 hot. Note I'm the only one that eats duck so I didn't necessarily cook it to make a gravy and by not browning birds gravy won't be thick n brown brown but I ate with rice n still fiya. P.s. 2tbsp of Cajun power worstheshire sauce I forgot bout. And no I wasn't drunk when I came up with it I just like to tinker with food n this time it was out of this world. Cook it then CHECK TAPE!!!
