Default Vermilion Bay

Fished the Cove and the Hammock today. Breezy SE wind and beautiful water, but caught no specs. One keeper redfish and 3 flounder. Didn't see anyone else catching either.

Launched out of intercoastal city at 6 and went out of 4 mile cut, talking about BIG WAVE! The weather man was wrong "slight chop" my *** took a good 1 1/2 to get to the game warrant camp. Fished the canal at the game warrant camp. from 8-1

2 keeper Red 20 inch and 31 1/2 inch
1 Flounder

Try to bring my boat into Fearman Lake? but right when I get out the cut into the Lake the water level would drop to 1 ft

Fished Hammock, Cove, Shark Bayou and Mud Point yesterday. Water was beautiful but it was rough. When it was all said and done, we had one 11 inch speck, 12 reds that were from 13-15 inches and one sheepshead. The only fish in the box was the sheepshead which eventually became crab bait. Rough day to say the least.

Caught 19 specks and 1 flounder in center of Weeks Bay and out from the mouth of Avery Canal, quit at noon. 5 between 20 and 22 inches. Sparkle chartreuse plastic, half under a cork and half without a cork.
