they are gonna burn the marsh anyway. just pick the right wind and burn the marsh around your camp. doesn't matter where it goes.
if you hunt deer there, u are screwed. |

Man sounds like we were just being a bunch of pu $$ies! No one wanted to be the one responsible for lighting it up and burning up God knows what. We had the right wind direction and everything.
And no deer hunting jopete. Strictly waterfowl lease. |

it is the best deerhunt there is as well!! only thing is mr. greenjeans will not approve. hell, out marsh burn last year opening weekend of deer season. i could of loaded the boat with deer, but i only sat in the boat and watched them. the thought of shooting somebody running out of their burning house just doesn't appeal to me. [unless they are obama supporters] |

Matt, just burn small areas at a time. Don't do more than one fire at a time. keep it small. Let me know if you need some help.

Thanks Chief. I've fought many field fires, so I know how they can move quick and things can go south just as quickly.
