Default Deboned Speckle Belly
Deboned and stuffed a speckle belly with deer and pork sausage and sewed it back up. Brown and cooked covered for about 3 hours....Yum Yum in my tum

plucked and smoked one the other day..... got in da frezza for a lil goose gumbeaux cher!
