Trailer Heads Up
1. light for the license plate 2. In addition to to the tow strap you need a strap coming straight down from the bow eye to the trailer. It must be on the framing on the trailer and not the king post. This is to prevent the bow from rising up. 3. A strap is needed either across the back of your boat tied to the trailer or 2 straps from the stern eyes connected to the trailer. Take it for its worth but I know 2 people who received tickets, one was for not having his bow or stern tied down the other got a warning for no light on his license plate. |

You'll be fine. Just show the officer all your guns. |

I should be safe with my rig.... I quit using a trailer so no need for inspection stickers, chains, straps, lights or license plate, I just tie the tow rope to truck hitch and get hot
