Default Vermilion Bay West Side 8/2/12

Made a plan that I would go catch the crabs, and dad and uncle would go catch the fish. Ended the day with 39 crabs 2 reds, 1 speck, and about 10 croaker. Really couldn't find the fish!
Water was dirty up north compared to the water down by the game warden camp.

The crabs were nice! But they had some mediums in there!

They tried all over, the reefs, banks, they did some travilin. The reefs was where they caught that one speck. He said they had alot of sharks and lady fish though!

Dame T give me a break! That sun beat me down yesterday!!! lmao

Thanks for the info, I was hoping things had picked up. I think I'll hit the Basin and go freshwater tomorrow. At least I can find some shade to not catch fish under.
