Default Halibut Recipes

My father in law spends his summers in Alaska as a guide for king salmon. This year he skipped the airport giftshop t-shirts and brought us back some halibut! Do y'all have any recipes for halibut. I've only ever eaten them fried like little nuggets, but would love to try something else.

Soak them in buffalo wing sauce then flour, then egg then Ritz cracker crumbs with Parmesan cheese and fry them up like McNuggets. Halibut actually doesn't have much flavor and I really do not know why everyone likes it so much but I "gift" a couple of hundred pounds of it a year to the guy who "gifts" me my duck hunting spot. I live on the west coast where you can catch them in the surf and the things still cost 20.00 a lb in the supermarkets.

Someone went to Alaska and brought my father in law a bunch of Halibut back, he gave it all to me. I pan fried it once, baked it another time. Didn't care for it either way. Flounder we catch here is much better.

I think i have 1 pack left, I'll try Hawgs recipe.
