The fishing community has suffered a tragic loss today.
Spanish Fly tv host Jose Wejebe was killed in a plane crash.

Holy cow! Man he was an awesome person. I had the chance to meet him in panama city when I lived there. Very down to earth guy. He/his show will be missed

When I worked nights offshore, I watched his show on Sunday mornings after knocking off. Great shows. Great guy.

Great fisher, explorer, and conservationist, put a big spotlight on the gulf coast after te spill trying to get tourism back. He will be sadly missed
