Default Coffee crusted pork loin

Tried something new last night. Pork loin rubbed with a ground coffee and brown sugar rub and thrown on the grill with a few onions on the side. The rub could have used a little more heat, but overall it came out really good. I also made a watermelon relish to go on the side. I think it got the heat that the rub was missing. The recipe called for half of a jalapeno with the seeds and ribs... I should have taken out the seeds and ribs. Sucker had a kick! I don't have any pics of it plated. I cooked it to about medium since the wife wasn't home to complain about it being raw. That made it juicy as Hell.

You don't actually taste the coffee. Maybe a hint at most, but it made a great bark on the meat between that and the brown sugar.
