Default Deep water bayou9/11

Wanted to fish Southeast end of Sabine lake launched @ deepwater bayou bridge ;blew a fuse on outboard. Started trolling canal towards mouth of lake and picked up these trout; nothing spec tac uliar but and easy fish fry. Long trip but easy fishn.All fish caught on glow sparkle beetle and my new Duce rod and lew's tourament mag reel.Great casting ablility.

Picked up sum about the last 15 minutes before dark. Maloquan's drove me out . I estimate about 10 lbs of 16 /20's.

Nice mess of fish. Thats my favorite place to launch. Always seem to catch fish feeding in the bayou.

Yeah ! I wish it was closer. Many year's agoI had a goose lease down pass JohnsonBayou school and we had a travel trailer set up and of course I had my center console down there . So it was blast and cast almost everyday we were there.Sabine then had zero pressure and my dad would call it Tranquility Bay and really was.
