Cheers Wednesday in Bay

After catching a decent mess of trout in the bay on Tuesday, yesterday was a different story. Had some tough tides to work with and could only scratch out a few trout. Most of the boats on the water were moving around quite a bit, so I don't think anyone was doing much. I would be interested to hear if anyone did well yesterday in the bay. Chased off the water around 3 PM by some nasty storms, no problem though as we made the short run to the cabins and cooked it up. The weather cleared just in time to treat us to a spectacular sunset and an incredible full double bow rainbow. Pics are of tuesday's catch and the sunset yesterday in the bay.

I went yesterday after rain stopped, quick trip to weeks bay caught a few keeper reds on cut mullet and also couple 13" trout, water was extreamly salty and emerld green. Next couple of weeks the magic should happen!

Caught a mix of specks and whites in Weeks Bay, also fished Vermillion Bay Monday and Wednesday and caught a ton of small white trout with very few specks mixed in.
