Default Shrimp or fish

Got till 10am before the wife drags me to texas for the weekend, thinkin of either goin to hog island for some skrimps or black lake for some fishes, what would you do?

Not sure if ur talkin bout castin off the bank at hog island or not. But if I'm not mistaken I think they shut that down.

Nah in my boat, also willing to try a beach trip if someone would want run down with me the kicker is i need to be back in in carlyss for 11 tops

Will have an open spot in the boat as well if i go that route if anyones interested but i'll probably be in my 16x42 aluminum unless i go to lake charles to get my bay boat.

Go to Hog Island and get em both. Fill your bucket o scrimp and pick up some fish with your rod on way out.

FYI...... shimping was a little slow back behind Grand bayou yesterday. Biggest were 30-35 count and only had a few in ~10 throws. There is not much tide movement right now, should be a little better by Sat.
