Default Transom mount LEDS

Has anybody trout fished at night with the led lights that mount on the transom of your boat. I checked out a couple of websites and there are some lights out there that get real bright. I just couldn't find and videos or testimonials about catching fish in the light. If they work, I can think of a few spots real quick where they would be extremely effective, I'm sure yall can too.

We use them for Bowfishing and I just built my dad a light bar with ten of them for his boat for trout.. We buy the lights from a company and get them really cheap cause they come straight from china.. Making another order soon of anyone needs any... these are the light we get... About $23-26 a piece

Let me know if yall catch trout off of them. Also, are these mounted above or under the waterline on the boat?
