We are in the Holly Beach area. Ponds with Grass are holding lots of Ducks. We bust 300-400 off a 1 acre Pond Saturday.
Our best blind last year was loaded with Grass........nothing this year.

There is already a large body of specks within a mile of the Sweet Blind. Saw the whole bunch jump about 1pm on sunday.

Plenty of specks in the thornwell area, also quite a few ducks. Snows are starting to show up the last few days.

Went brush a blind on one of the crawfish ponds north of Kaplan. Had about 30 in the pond when I got there. Sat and watched flock after flock come in after I was finished. Mostly teal with a few Greys and woodies mixed in. Probably had about 70 in the pond when I snuck out at sunset just now.
