Default Enjoying the Adventure

My neighbor graciously asked my grandson Grant and me to accompany him and his father to hunt ducks on the opening day of duck season. It was truly an adventure for Grant as he had never experienced anything quite like this. He enjoyed watching the ducks, watching the dog work, and riding in the boat in shallow water all while building some lasting memories. He is a crack shot with his BB gun and hopes to acquire a .410 and give it a 'shot'. We came back with eight Gray Ducks and a Mottled Duck. A great time was had by all.

That's awesome! I can't wait for my little man to be old enough to come with me!

As fast as time seems to be passing it will be here before you know it and you will enjoy it! My wife and I have three splendid daughters none of which were interested in hunting so I had to wait it out for grandsons. It was definitely worth the wait.

I agree great pic. Looks like the camera man is fixing to get mudded by your boat wake though. If you get a chance take the little man dove hunting. 25c for every bird he retrieves. That how I got started. Enjoy, They grow up so fast.
