Thanks but that's gonna be too big for us to use. 2 10x10's would be about the most we could put. Thanks again though.

We'll know the week of the event if we need another big tent or not. Will that be too late to let you know if we need it?

The day before the event would be fine. I'll probably be taking that day off so I can help get things set up.

That's cool! The only thing is that I get don't get off till 4. I can have it there for @ 5 , it takes 30 or 40 min to put it up depending on how many people put it up. Just let me know if yall need it !

Well meaux fishing had to back out but he said that he will still donate the ground meat to cook the chili. We still have 4 people (myself, eman, Is It October YET? and Montauk17) so we are still good for the cooking team.

The event is only 12 days away!!!! Everyone needs to send me their payment for the cooking team and for the shirts so I can get the money to W when I get the shirts from him hopefully later this week.

I will be smoking 2 -6lb+ boudin stuffed pork loins this sunday . Will freeze and just reheat them at the fundraiser on the baby smoker.
Is there anything else that i need to do ahead of time to get ready??
