Thanks but that's gonna be too big for us to use. 2 10x10's would be about the most we could put. Thanks again though.

That's cool! The only thing is that I get don't get off till 4. I can have it there for @ 5 , it takes 30 or 40 min to put it up depending on how many people put it up. Just let me know if yall need it !

Well meaux fishing had to back out but he said that he will still donate the ground meat to cook the chili. We still have 4 people (myself, eman, Is It October YET? and Montauk17) so we are still good for the cooking team.

Ross,
I will be smoking 2 -6lb+ boudin stuffed pork loins this sunday . Will freeze and just reheat them at the fundraiser on the baby smoker.
Is there anything else that i need to do ahead of time to get ready??
