Cheers LA Speckled trout for sale

I am looking for a distributor of Louisiana spotted sea trout. If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

Yeah I was kinda hoping to find a local guy that has one of those permits. Dealt with big distributors for years, Don't like em too much. Plus I seriously doubt they carry a Louisiana product.

Ive had some dealings with them in the past and always been satified. They are a local louisiana company and always have great quality seafood. It wouldnt hurt to ask where their trout came from.

13 huh? I knew that number was small but I didn't think it was that small. I can't find it now but it seems like I remember reading somewhere that in one year (in the last couple of years) there was some 20,000 pounds of speckled trout harvested that year. That's a lot of fish for 13 people.

That's the number I think my uncle that works for LDWF told me. But I've been wrong before

Math is about 1500 lbs per person per year. A thousand fish with 1.5 lb average over 365 days. Doesn't at all sound unreasonable to me.

Tony's seafood sells em

Ate a Mandinas in Nola the other day, ordered fried trout. Waiter brought out what would have been a fried filet off a 10 lb speck ... Black drum ( old switch a roo)

yeah, that's one of the main reasons I want to go straight to the source. I mean I know what they tell me about the fish but I'm not exactly a trusting individual.

Gw fins is the best seafood place in nola. Redfish grill is not far behind. You WILL get what you order. And its cook perfectly. I guarantee it at fins.
