Question Neap Tides

It looks like we will have a neap tide for most of the week. I'm not too versed on fishing during a neap tide so any tips will be greatly appreciated.
We are still trying to hash out exactly where we will go. I would really like to launch out of the Rigolets marina and make a trip out to the Biloxi Marsh but we have also been talking about making the run down to Hopedale.
I understand that locating clean --moving water will be the key. Anything else we need to keep in mind?

all i know is we fished out of hopedale yesterday and the tide was to strong . i have a 36v 109# trollin motor and it was hard to keep up with the current!! we started to catch fish when the tide backed off alitttle . the water was clean everywhere we went we actually went on a search for dirtier water!! which worked but still the water was not "dirty" by any meens . it ment 2.5 ft of vis instead of 4-5 ft!!
