Sam's used to have some big packs of wings. Now all they have is small packs.
I cut the wing ends off and cut the other 2 meat pieces apart.
They smoke faster and cook better than if left whole.

Yes I like it alot!
Go to sams club and look at the 40" Masterbuilt electric smoker.
great unit and i use mine at least once every 2 weeks.
make sure and spend the extra $39 and get the 3 yr extended warrenty.
Unit has built in temp probe for meat temps. A digital display on top to set cooking temp and time.
Has a allmost full length window in the door so that you can see whats cooking w/o having to open the door.
I have one that's 2 years old and is a 800 watt unit. the new ones are 1200 watts and have faster heat and recovery times at the same price as the older units.
You can find out alot of info at, smoking meat forums .com
The site is switching servers tomorrow so it will be down all day.

Default buffalo wings

my DIL said she likes hot wings and i know she is a pepper head so i made a wing sauce of 1 stick butter - 1/4 cup texas petes hot sauce and 1/2 tsp daves insanity. I tasted it and it's a damn fine wing sauce if you like you eyeballs to sweat when ya eat wings.
