Default Everybody Meet Lucy Lou....

She's a 1 year old female Dashund that needed a new home. We brought her home yesterday and she hasn't barked or made a mess yet. Kids are excited...... My boy wanted a medium size dog and my baby girl wanted a smaller dog. At 18 pounds, she fit the bill. I think I'm going to train her to bay hogs or herd cattle.

They are great dogs that do not know they are not full grown hounds.

My neighbors have one. He comes to my back patio doors and looks in the house.

We let him in and he hangs out or takes a nap, then we let him out and he goes back home. The dog is spoiled lol

That's what I hear. They were bread to hunt rats and badgers. I think ole Lucy Lou was bread to be a lap dog.

Pretty pup Swamp. Had one of those once. Dapple color. I think it's what it's called. Beautiful dog but she was the devil on earth I swear. Chewed on everything she could reach. Had an English Mastiff in the house for a while and will take that horse anyday over a daschund. Glad she Is turning out to be a good dog.
An English Mastiff is a great security system. When a dog can look at you through the window on your door bad people change their minds fast.
Good luck with your new pup Swamp.
