[QUOTE=YellowMouth7;450582]Anyone on here do frossfit.....if so this is pretty cool......

1. It's a lifestyle. People often assume that CF is just another passing trend which has, in the short term, created a bunch of tire-flipping, coconut water drinking, kettle bell-swinging crazies, who will eventually ditch their Paleo "diet" and go back to eating spaghetti. The truth is that CF is in vogue, and that most avid participants do tend to eat Paleo...but there's nothing short-term about it. Unlike bodybuilding, where your physique peaks for a few short weeks under a crazy diet crunch, CF is maintainable. "Paleo" is a lifestyle way of eating, not some 30 day plan that promises to shed crazy weight. When I really started to delve into the CF world, I saw more change in my body than I ever had before, and my only wish was that I had converted sooner! It's not a cult or a fad; it is a way of life.

I have never been confused with being a Mental Heavy Weight but doesn't this statement contradict? Being fit is very advantagous but I don't see this "Fad" lasting over 2-3 years and another "Fad" will replace it. This is another "As seen on TV" infomercial.

Been there done that many moons ago and have the broke down body to prove it. The human body cannot maintain a regimen like this indefinitly. Yes, I know ya'll are bullet proof right now just like I was at 22-30 but it will catch up to you sooner or later. Happy Hour will eventually be more fun than this torture.

You definatly need to read the rest of the list before you judge this....it is not anything like p90x or insanity. Its in a real gym with other people and coaches training you. it has been around for years and is just becoming mainstreem with in th last couple of years. if you have ever watched the reebok crossfit games on ESPN you would see that it is def no "Fad"

I am not trying to down play your excercise program YM, wish I liked it now as much as I did then but kids, mortgage, ect. are more important to me along with my almost nightly Makers Mark.
