We used to do them like this all the time, not sure why we quit because they came out really nice ...

Taking advantage of Market Baskets sale I see. I am going tonight and load up on the leg quarters and country style ribs. Those look good.

These came from a Sam's three pack, we can dust a rack and a half pretty quick . Their ribs are always good .....

I do mine with mustard and a brown sugar seasoning rub.

I'll finish them up with a good slather of honey then sauce, place in broiler till things bubble up and get sticky

I use yellow mustard and steens cane syrup to hold the rub on . On ribs and butts.
