Default 2015 High School Tourneys so far
Fished 2 high school tourneys so far this year. Havent put any big bags together yet but we have been able to be consistent. A 4th place finish in the McNeese Shootout with 5 fish 6.23 and a 10th place finish in the LA High School State Qualifier with 4 fish 4.73 and qualified for the State Championship on May 2nd out of Doirons Landing in Morgan City.

im not sure what all schools will be at state but Saturday we fished against South Beaugard, Sulfur, Sam Houston, Livingston, St Mary. Me and my partner had to start one at our school, Saturday we had 3 teams fish from Welsh, unfortunaley we were the only ones to qualify through this tornament

Yes BFcoreg we will be making a pre fishing trip out there pretty soon, we are looking for as much advice as possible because neither one of us has fished out there anything is helpful

The state championship is in the Atchafalaya basin/lake verrett, as far as the calcesieu river goes it can be very productive but quality isn't a cake walk, average 8-10 pounds will win
