Great fishing last weekend with hundreds of trout caught by our customers! Its been limits or near limits of trout every day. This summer has started off much better than expected as we have already broke the 7000 fish mark. We're about 30 % better than last year at this time. On Saturday Capt Rodney Bourque and I fished with Joseph Kuhner and his crew. These guys were down on the DU for than annual trout harvest and boy did they whack the trout. The guys had 210 trout iced down before noon in 2-3 ft seas. Every fish was caught on plastic with the Cajun Pepper and Chicken On A Chain Bayou Chub doing the job. This crew is always a fun bunch and we really appreciate their business! Good luck fishing.
