Default Big Lake 12/1

Ran out this morning in 32* weather to big lake with the boss man and a friend.. it was a brisk ride and thankfully, a short one. we got to turners bay at about 8. the water was considerably dirtier than it was on sunday. we had maybe 2 feet of visibility. with nary a bird in sight, we set up drifts across the reef. started out tossing jerk jr's and tried a few different colors but they weren't eating it very well. i switched to a pearl 3" gulp shrimp and the bite really picked up. we had several nice fish and ended up 4 fish shy of a 3-man limit and i was back for work by 2. heres a couple pics from today ~~

That's what we're planning on doing saturday after hunting. We caught a couple right at 5 pounds and we gonna stuff them jokers with crab meat and bake them. Then after lunch and a little nap we heading back to the pogy plant to try and catch some more.

I knew that you looked familiar, now I can make the connection with Nick.
I'll have to come by the Sulphur shop and see you.
Good report, good catch.

thank you. and to answer your question.. potlickin is basically when you are catching fish and other people see it, they (potlickers) come tword you until they are damn near standing on your boat to cast over your shoulder into the area you are catching fish. im sure there are many other definitions of potlicking!
