Default Potatoes

Dug the potatoes up today. Not he best harvest ever but with all the rain we had. I'm happy with what I got.

Love those fresh potatoes....looks like a fairly nice harvest.

How do you keep them preserved? We have our first crop of potatoes in the ground now and have been researching ways to keep them throughout the year.

We used to spread them out on a layer of hay in a dry dark shed...We'd keep the smaller ones to plant in the fall although the fall crop wasn't as good as the spring...Do not wash...Keep dry as possible...
