Default Reds Only

I had a lot of family down this week due to the passing of my grand mother. I had some time to spare time so I took my cousin from OK and bother for a little afternoon trip to the lake this week.

They wanted to catch big reds so my plan was go straight to the jetties, but not far out of Hebert's I hit my 1st school of reds and never stopped catching them for about 3 hours. We boated about 25 or so and not one was under 27inch

I would like to give Jude a shout out about his Rods..I put my rod he made me to the extreme this day and have been using it last 4 or 5 trips out and have to say impressed with is work.

Those are some pretty reds!

I didn't know they were schooled up right now, thought that came later in the summer. You see them out there schooled up much lately? I would love to get my kids on some.
