Here is something a little different.

Fresh Tuna salad

1 lb. Fresh Tuna fish filets
½ cup Zatarain’s liquid Crab boil
1 tsp salt

Place tuna in small pot and add enough water to just cover. Add crab boil and salt. Boil for 30 minutes. Drain and put in refrigerator to cool for at 20 minutes.

Ingredients

1/2 tsp salt
2 cups chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup sweet pickle relish
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
4-5 chopped hardboiled eggs
1 ½ -2 cups of mayonnaise

Break the tuna into small pieces in a mixing boil. Add the above ingredients and mix with the Tuna. Add salt, pepper, etc. to taste.

Serve cool with saltine crackers. Or use to make Tune fish sandwiches.

Pat Montreal Chicken Seasoning on both sides of the tuna
Grill to desired texture...(Just as it turns from pink to cooked I flip, then take off once that side goes from pink to cooked)

Dipping Sauce...Hoisin sauce and Sriracha Sauce...make a puddle of the Hoisin and a puddle of the sriracha sauce on your plate.
Break you off a peice of dat Tuna and dip in both...you'll see.

Cut in 2 inch by 6 inch strips.
Soak in Luds for 30 minutes, then roll in sesame seeds.
Throw on the grill.

Whatever you do............use the KISS method.
black pepper, salt, soy and EVOO.......dat's all you need for great tuna.
