Paid 75 for a sack of crawfish at chez Francois Saturday. Had more white crawfish than I care to dodge but still a good deal

We have the Services of Mud Bug Express here in Pensacola. His price yesterday was $3.30 per pound.

A guy on the PFF just posted he knows a place somewhere in LA, and he said $1.38. He is offshore, bout to make it this way. So I know he is on a rig, and not a bar room posting.

With that said, Richard, it depends on the price you encounter. I usually wait for a good price drop, before I start large backyard events. This time of the season I just stop at Cubs, and pick up enough pre-boiled for the wife and I at the house.

This year, with the cold, and the season starting so late. I was going to wait till after Easter for a 3 -4 sack boil.

So, to get to the point, if you can find then around $2 per pound live, call me.

850-324-4202

Thanks
BT

No worries Tom - just a friendly offer. This will probably be my last trip home for a while, so doubt crawfish will be in season next time I head that way. Thanks for the heads up Danny.
